What is Raw Pu Erh?
Raw Pu Erh (or "Sheng Cha") is often referred to as the " White Wine of tea". It is half-fermented tea which can be stored for more than 10 years. Due to the extended storage time frame, it ferments over time and develops a unique earthy bittersweet aroma taste.
About the tea:
Mini Tuo cha is one of our traditional handmade tea that is compressed in a shape of tiny bowls. We have used top graded tea leaves handpicked from age trees located in Yunnan Province, China. By using Long's tea traditional hand processing method this tea has been stored for more than 12 years.
We recommended you take a nice afternoon break and enjoy each infusion of this tea, by using 100 degrees Celsius hot boiling water, infused for 8-10 seconds, this tea can be infused for 10-15 times.
