INTERNATIONAL 

We ship worldwide from Australia.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Tuesday.

We use Australia Post and selected international courier partners for overseas deliveries.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country and courier service selected. Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times are determined by the courier and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.

Please note: Signature on delivery may be required depending on the destination and courier service. If you request Authority to Leave during checkout, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels should the courier follow those instructions (and we cannot guarantee that such instructions will be followed).

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.

How to track my order? 

All order posting by us are through Australia Post. A email notification will be provided after order despatched with tracking number for your order. All order tracking number can be trace on https://auspost.com.au/
