Pu Er, also known as aged or vintage tea, is one of China’s most delicate treasures. Authentic production of Pu Er tea is often highly regulated and can only come from the Yunnan Province due to its favourable demographical environment. The leaves go through a long fermentation processes where it can mellow and improve with age like fine wine.
