Profile： Sau Mei is a white tea from Fujian province, China that is also referred to as “Long Noble Life Eyebrow” as it is thin and crescent-shaped. The dry tea leaves are characterized by diverse colors such as brown, green or silver leaves. Thus, when it is brewed the color tone may be transparent, pale yellow to green. There is no fermentation processing involved as the leaves are naturally withered and dried in the sun.

Taste： Stronger flavour and aroma with a balanced and slightly sweet taste and a combination of walnut aftertaste.
