Profile: Shui Shien a type of Oolong tea from Wuyi Mountain in Fujian China.  Shui Shien falls into the Rock tea “Yan Cha” categories where tea tree usually grows on edge of the high mountain, the rocky landscape gives the tea a unique flavor also full with rich mineral in yancha.  Our age Shui Shien has been stored over 15 years from old tea tree that is over 100 years.
