Profile:Liu An tea has a rich Chinese medical background it serves as a medicinal tea to cure heatstroke and stomach ailments in the Ming Dynasty. Liu An is different from Pu-Er tea as they are harvest from different tea plants. with similar fermentation process like pu er tea liu a gets better with aging.
Taste:Strong earthiness, taste like rich herbal Chinese tea with a smooth texture. With no bitterness.
Brewing Recommendation
7g or 1/2 tablespoon of loose leafs | 100 degrees water | Steeping time 5-8 seconds | Reinfuse 8 times
Storage Recommendation: After each use reseal the bag and tins tightly. We recommend to store this tea in a cool dry area, avoid storing in the kitchen as tea absorb smell easily.
