Profile:Traditionally fermented and aged in a bamboo basket, this 1996 Liu Bao tea has developed a deep, mellow character over nearly three decades. The bamboo-basket aging imparts a distinctive natural bamboo aroma, accompanied by notes of aged wood, betel nut and gentle earthiness. The liquor is dark, smooth and full-bodied, with very little bitterness or astringency.
Taste:Mellow and earthy, with warm bamboo, aged wood and subtle nutty notes. The finish is clean, smooth and gently sweet, with a lingering bamboo fragrance.

8g of loose leafs | 100 degrees water | Steeping time 5-8 seconds | Reinfuse 8 times
Storage Recommendation: After each use reseal the bag and tins tightly. We recommend to store this tea in a cool dry area, avoid storing in the kitchen as tea absorb smell easily.
