Profile:  Longjing also is known as “Dragon Well” tea is one of the most prestigious varieties of green tea. Grown in Zhejiang province, China, this tea is harvested in early spring each year.  Long Jing is a lightly oxidized tea by processing by hand it creates a distinctive flat appearance.
