Harvested from ancient tea trees in the remote mountain village of Man Ban, this distinguished raw Pu Er reflects the bold yet balanced character of the Bulang tea region. Man Ban’s secluded highland environment and old tea gardens produce a full-bodied tea with remarkable depth, strength and enduring sweetness.

Following more than fifteen years of natural ageing, the tea has developed a smooth and rounded liquor with layers of honey, dried fruit, aged wood and gentle herbal notes. Its original bitterness has softened considerably, providing structure without overwhelming the palate.

The tea liquor is rich and satisfying, carrying a warming energy and persistent mouthfeel. A deep returning sweetness gradually emerges after each sip, accompanied by a clean throat sensation and an elegant aged finish that continues through many infusions.

Taste:
Rich and rounded, with notes of honey, dried plum, aged wood, roasted nuts and sweet herbs. A measured bitterness transforms into a deep returning sweetness, leaving a warm, smooth and lasting finish.

Brewing Suggestions:
8 grams of tea leaves | 95–100°C water | Steep for 10 seconds | Re-infuse 8–10 times

Rinse the leaves briefly before the first infusion. Gradually extend the steeping time as the leaves fully open.

Storage Recommendation:
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area away from sunlight, moisture and strong odours. Avoid storing Pu Er tea in the kitchen, as tea readily absorbs surrounding aromas.
